Demand in the greater Des Moines, Cedar Rapids & Waterloo areas have created opportunities for additional residential appraisers that have obtained the Iowa Certified Residential License (or very close to) and are or will be FHA approved. Professional office settings with staff and overhead support, most appraisers are employee status, with competitive fee split and reimbursements. Ideal candidate has the ability to work well in a professional setting, embrace a progressive prospecting campaign and a desire to obtain professional designations. Residential Appraiser sought, in larger residential office, which covers the greater Quad Cities area. Ideal candidate has a minimum of two years experience, with State certifications. Professional office staff and overhead provided, but individual should be comfortable embracing a progressive prospecting campaign and a desire to seek professional designations. Most appraisers are employee status, but those seeking sub-contractor will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Vested employees qualify for matching retirement fund.
