Joseph G. Ott
Joe Ott has had valuable experience that he now uses in the valuation of Real Estate. He came to the Quad Cities area with his appraisal license in 1992 and began working with Ruhl and Ruhl Realtors as a licensed salesperson. After four years in the trenches learning first hand the forces moving Real Estate in the QCA, Joe began using that unique perspective to valuation as an appraiser for Koestner, McGivern and Associates. Joe has moved progressively through the educational and experience requirements for the Residential Certification designation in both states and again for the Approved FHA appraiser requirements at HUD.
Current assignments range from residential mortgages, multiple use, private estates; banks “Real Estate Owned”, HUD repossessed homes, and relocation appraisals.
Joe and his wife Cindy, have a great family of five growing boys with all the excitement that comes with that. They live in Davenport, and are active in their church, working with married couples with United Marriage Encounter, and Engaged Couple Mentoring with “Marriage Matters of the Quad Cities”.
