Bob has been active in real estate valuation since 1987, earning the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute.  Valuation expertice is broad based, including residential, small and large income, land and commercial valuation.  Additional experience in court testimony, oral and written presentations for governmental agencies and boards as well as residential construction and development.

A graduate of St. Ambrose University. Bob has taken a wide array of professional courses and workshops.  Bob is a Past President of the Greater Davenport Board of Realtors, 2000 Realtor of the Year, past participant in the Young Advisory Council for the Appraisal Institute and past President of the Iowa Appraisal Advisory Council; a statewide umbrela for all appraisal organizations.  Activities have include participation on local and state levels of the Appraisal Institute as well as the Iowa Association of Realtors.

In his off time, Bob served as 6th Ward Alderman for the City of Davenport. Elected three times, he participated in numerous local, regional and state efforts dealing with economic development, planning and taxation.  In addition to his commitment to the company, community and industry, he is also a father of three and married to Andrea for sixteen years.
